Job Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide product guidance and technical support for our stock market analysis software.
  • Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and software usage.
  • Build strong client relationships by delivering excellent service and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and improve customer experience.
  • Support live streaming activities, including assisting the host team during online events.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and customer engagement activities.
  • Assist with basic video editing and content creation for promotional and educational purposes.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Media, IT, Marketing, etc.)
  • Passion or genuine interest in stock market / finance / investment
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn live streaming platforms, basic video editing, and digital operations
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin (to serve Chinese-speaking member)
  • Proactive, positive attitude, and a strong team player
Working Hours
  • 5-day work week
  • Choose one fixed shift (no rotation required):
  • Morning Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
