Location: Gul Circle (10 Minutes walk from MRT)

Salary:

$3000 - $3500 per month (Depending on experience)

Extra $50 per month transport allowance

Working Hours

Mon to Fri: 830am to 6pm

Job Scope:

Assist the HR & Admin Department in the full spectrum of HR functions and administrative matters
Handle recruitment and training activities
Handle monthly payroll
Prepare HR letters (employment contract, annual increment and bonus etc.)
Handle foreign work pass applications and renewals
Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

Diploma in HRM
Competent in MS Word and Excel, cuteOffice Payroll and HR System
Competent in doing Mail Merge
min 3 years of relevant experience
