Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in preschool casework by collaborating with early childhood educators, parents, and caregivers to provide necessary resources for children with developmental needs.
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate key risks and protective factors using various engagement methods (e.g., home visits).
• Follow up with clients, review case plans, and offer appropriate recommendations
• Maintain and document case files, preparing social reports for complex cases to be reviewed by the Senior Social Worker (SSW
• Identify gaps in services based on client needs and suggest improvements to the delivery of program
• Support the planning and implementation of targeted programs (e.g., for parents of children with special needs).Perform administrative support tasks related to maintaining systems that sustain casework activities
• Participate in case conferences as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform casework intervention
• Provide guidance to new Social Work Associates (SWAs)

Requirements :

• Degree in Social work, or Post Grad Diploma in Social Work or Counseling recognised by the Social Work Accreditation and Advisory Board (SWAAB) of Singapore
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in related field
• Have significant interest/ awareness/ knowledge about mainstream inclusion issues early intervention programs and strategies
