Job Summary:

You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments of patients to determine their physiotherapy needs, functional limitations, and treatment goals.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on clinical findings, evidence-based practice, and patient goals.
• Utilize a range of physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy modalities, and patient education, to address various musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, or other conditions.
• Participate in team meetings as required.
• Actively engage in continuous professional development activities to maintain and enhance skill and knowledge.
• Adhere strictly to professional ethics, standards of practice, and safety protocols.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and service development within the physiotherapy department.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Possess a recognized Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in customer assessment, treatment planning, and application of various physiotherapy techniques.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Professionalism: Strong commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and delivering patient-centered care.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt treatment approaches as needed.

Desirable (But Not Essential):

• Relevant post-graduate qualifications or specialization in specific areas of physiotherapy (e.g., Musculoskeletal, Neurology, Cardiopulmonary, Geriatrics, Paediatrics).
• Prior clinical experience in a similar setting [Optional: specify type like acute hospital, community care, private practice]. Candidates with varying levels of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
