Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of outstanding conference content, programme design, and speaker acquisition across a diverse portfolio.
• Guide, support, and mentor a team of producers to achieve operational excellence and clear objectives.
• Foster innovation, creativity, and accountability within the team, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the Editor-in-Chief and cross-functional teams to align with strategic priorities.
• Work with sales and marketing to ensure seamless event execution and strong commercial results.
• Engage key stakeholders including senior industry leaders and sponsors to build lasting partnerships.
• Identify new growth opportunities to enhance event value and sponsor engagement.

Requirements:

• Senior Conference Producer or Production Lead with 5+ years in B2B event production, including leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Commercially savvy with a passion for innovation and impactful events.
• Open to feedback, committed to growth, and willing to travel overseas as needed.
