Key responsibilities- Counter sales operation
- Provide technical support and product information to customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively
- Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product specifications and capabilities, enabling you to recommend the most suitable solutions
- Unloading of goods for sales point
- Willing to learn new skill and knowledge
- Technical background in engineering or a related field, with a keen interest in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey technical information to clients
- Demonstrated experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the refrigeration or HVAC industry
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
