LevelUp is a Primary School Math and Science tuition centre with three branches across Singapore.

We don’t teach the typical way.

Our classrooms run on structured learning systems designed around how students actually retain information.

• What You’ll Own
• Short-form content (especially TikTok, Reels) that drives enquiries
• Facebook/Meta ads (creatives, copy, testing)
• Lead generation campaigns (organic + paid)
• Messaging, hooks, and CTAs that convert
• Improving lead quality, not just lead volume
• You are responsible for results, not just content
• How You’ll Work

You’ll spend time in real classrooms to:

• Observe how students learn
• Spot strong content angles from real teaching moments
• Extract insights from teachers and the founder
• hands on experience on our teaching methods

• This Role Is For You If
• You’re a marketer first (not just a content creator)
• You care about what works, not just what looks good
• You’ve created content or campaigns that generated leads or sales
• You can turn real-world situations into compelling content
• You’re comfortable with short-form video (filming, editing, or directing)

• Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads
• Experience marketing a service business
• Interest in education or learning systems
• Location

• Toa Payoh
• Hougang
• City Square Mall
