Manager, Wealth Management Operations - Geylang

Once the system is operational, you will manage daily settlement operations for WM products, including trade settlements, payment instructions, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the project management team in gathering system requirements from the relevant stakeholders, coordinating system implementation and conducting system testing.
• Assist in reviewing the system’s functionality with the Product, IT, Compliance and other teams involved.
• Prepare client data structure for integration, either by transforming the existing data or storing the relevant client data in a compatible format.
• Gather the coverage and booking model of the SG CorpAct Module for analysis.
• Establish the relevant SOPs and ensure operational readiness.
• Create standard document templates, including statements and confirmations.
• Manage daily settlement operations for WM products, including trade settlements, payment instructions, and reconciliation, once the system is live.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management operations, and experience in implementation and UAT of a new system.
• Familiarity with Wealth Management business and the relevant products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking/ Finance/ Business Management or related fields.
• Ability to speak/read Chinese to liaise with mandarin-speaking clients and review relevant documents in Chinese.
