As a Director / Executive Director, Business Development - Casino, International Marketing (Greater China Region), your key responsibilities would include but not limited to:
Job Responsibilities
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management- Responsible for Business Development execution with a focus on developing the pipeline of second-generation High Net Worth Individual.
- Drive profitable growth by acquiring, developing, and servicing long-term relationships with UHNW customers.
- Promote the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and drive increased awareness of Las Vegas Sands and its affiliated properties, to key premium segments and target markets.
- Engage constantly with key customers to drive customer loyalty to Marina Bay Sands.
- Ensure that all key customers of the target market are sufficiently engaged.
- Grow and maintain a specific assigned book of business through personalized sales engagement, in compliance with all company policies and regulations.
- Develop strong professional interpersonal relationships with new and existing customers to drive incremental visitation to Marina Bay Sands.
- Build detailed profiles on key premium player to develop in-depth knowledge of individual player preferences
- Develop a deep understanding of the financial status of patrons for source of wealth and credit purposes. To liaise and coordinate with the credit and premium account management department for any outstanding.
- Ensure that excellent customer experience is the focal point of customer touchpoints and interactions, in alignment with all applicable guidelines.
- Manage relevant budgets and complimentaries in alignment with customer reinvestment strategies to ensure desired customer profitability and margin.
- Prepare market analysis specific to the targeted customers segments.
- Develop an expertise with respect to the demographics, culture, behaviors, and the competitive landscape in each respective target market to support the design, development, and execution of successful business strategies.
- Enable and support a culture of communication, compliance, collaboration and knowledge sharing to help build constructive, dynamic teams that exhibit the Marina Bay Sands core values.
- Provide strong leadership to respective team members (where required) and assume ownership in their professional development and growth.
- Advocate and be the role model of operating under a shared vision with shared business objectives under senior leadership.
- Collaborate with other teams as well as other departments to help build an efficacious organization that is business-focused and people-centric.
- Protect the integrity and reputation of Marina Bay Sands and the team members.
- Actively participate in collaborative strategic planning processes within the team and with other departments to identify opportunities that will drive optimal growth and both short- and long-term profitability.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification- Degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Possess a minimum of 7 years solid experience in managerial positions in the field of Casino Marketing or player development.
- Business proficiency in English, with fluency in 1 other Asian language to communicate with guests from different countries effectively.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft software including Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Highly motivated, self-manageable, and sales-driven in a collaborative work culture
- Customer-centric and service-oriented, focused on hospitality and the customer experience
- Proven organizational skills and time management capability
- Adept at balancing the need for multi-tasking and prioritization of tasks
- Embrace challenges and overcomes obstacles with positive attitude
- Possess an ability to handle conflicts and solve problems in a culturally diverse environment
- Champion a culture of collaboration, learning, and adaptability amongst team members
- Seek continuous learning and improvement in personal and professional capacities
