Salary: Up to $4,300
1 Month Completion Bonus
2-Way Transport Provided

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and inspection record
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors on facility maintenance and services
Support routine maintenance inspections and follow-up actions
Assist in safety inspections and preparation of related reports
Monitor contractor works including maintenance, installation, and project activities
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental standard

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or related environment
NTC / ITE in Engineering or equivalent
