HR Snr Officer/Executive (WEST)

Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play:

• A team player who can support the Manager HR in all end-to-end HR business processes arising from shared services functions which include routine processes/business operations like work permits applications, contracts preparation, data management, employee benefits and payroll related matters.
• A self-driven individual to collaborate, drive and implement digitalisation initiatives to reduce manual processes.
• Ensure organisation wide compliance to prevailing regulatory requirements stipulated by government and authorities.
• Active collaboration with Business units and other parts of the organization to understand the challenges and review the processes to achieve optimised outcomes.
• A meticulous individual who has experience in end-to-end HR operations.
• Contribute to the Process Improvement Project, events, function, etc
• Provide support on HR initiatives
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when being assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Advance Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Good analytical skills, ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to step up to help others
• Able to work under pressure and within short timelines
• A desire to grow and transform for the better
• Prior digitalisation experience/knowledge in automation tools and experience in Prosoft Unit 4 HRMS would be added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
