We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment for a Apparel & Lifestyle company with high-volume hiring demands. This role is critical in partnering with business stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across diverse functions and markets.
The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, strong stakeholder engagement and experienced in end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job intake to offer acceptance—for volume and strategic roles across multiple departments
- Drive mass hiring initiatives with structured planning, innovative sourcing tactics, and talent pipeline strategies
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop job briefs, and provide strategic hiring recommendations
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and career fairs
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and organizational values
- Lead employer branding activities to position the company as an employer of choice
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes and data accuracy
- Analyze hiring trends and recruitment metrics to drive improvements in time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline efficiency
- Collaborate with HR, onboarding, and operations teams to ensure seamless candidate experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and talent attraction strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong exposure to high-volume or mass hiring
- Proven track record in managing multiple requisitions with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards)
- Proactive, resilient, and adaptable to evolving business needs
- Ability to manage tight timelines while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience
