What you'll be doing- Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and personalised customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Assisting customers with product selection, fittings, and purchases
- Maintaining store visuals and visual merchandising standards
- Replenishing and organising product displays to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing
- Processing sales transactions and managing cash handling procedures
- Supporting inventory management and stock control
- Contributing to team efforts and collaborating with colleagues to achieve store objectives
- Passion for fashion, beauty, and exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred but not essential
