Our client, a Logistics MNC is looking for Warehouse Officer to join them!
Job Scope- Coordinate with the designated freight forwarder for the import shipment, customs clearance, and arranging delivery to our warehouse.
- Lead a team of warehouse assistants for daily operations activities
- Ensure the daily booking of flights through the appointed freight forwarder and guarantee the timely uplift of all shipments.
- Utilize a DWS (Dimensioning and Weighing System) machine to scan parcels. Access the in-house shipping system for various transactions, including containerization, assigning flight details, generating manifests, invoices, and more.
- Perform physical tasks such as palletizing, strapping, and labelling before handing over the shipment to the freight forwarder.
- Provide support for other warehouse activities, including receiving goods, order processing, updating the warehouse management system (WMS), and fulfilment tasks.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
- Applicant should have at least 2 years of experience in warehousing operations and admirative duties
Location : Alps (Transport provided in Bedok and Tampines)
Working Day : Mon - Fri Alt Sat
