The Senior HR Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
  1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with the Employment Act and MOM guidelines.
  • Handle HR administration including letter of appointment, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data (leaves, overtime, allowances, etc.).
  1. Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement and welfare programs.
  • Support initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  1. Performance & Training
  • Assist in coordinating performance appraisal cycles.
  • Track training needs and support learning and development programs.
  • Maintain training records for compliance and development tracking.
  1. Compliance & HR Policies
  • Ensure HR practices comply with the Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and ensure timely submission
  1. HR Projects & Process Improvement
  • Support HR transformation and digitalization initiatives.
  • Participate in projects to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
