Business Analyst (Content Management System) - Toa Payoh

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a high-impact project involving the migration of multiple corporate websites from various legacy platforms to a consolidated, modern, and secure CMS platform for a prominent APAC client.

This is an on-site role based in Singapore, requiring close collaboration with end users, design and development teams, and offshore delivery centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business and system requirements.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive System Requirement Documents and Functional Specifications, ensuring client review and formal sign-off.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and offshore development teams, ensuring accurate and timely handover of requirements and clarifications.
• Conduct sprint reviews and demo sessions with stakeholders to validate deliverables and collect feedback.
• Provide end-user support during UAT, post-deployment, and adoption phases; conduct user training sessions as required.
• Ensure compliance with security, branding, and content standards as defined by the enterprise CMS governance model.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation, website redesign, or CMS-related projects.
• Strong experience conducting requirement workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to document requirements in a clear, structured, and traceable manner.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Adobe AEM, WordPress, or Drupal) is preferred.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting sprint planning and demos.
