Human resource assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
  • Perform HR administrative duties such as data entry, maintenance of employee records, document filing, and preparation of employment contracts and HR-related letters.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
  • Coordinate and support staff orientation sessions and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and assist in generating regular HR reports.
  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, and carry out other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR or payroll experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in the wellness industry is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
