Call Centre Agent (No Experience) - Tampines

Our Client:
- MNC Manufacturer of Escalators & Elevators
- 6 Days, 8.30am to 5.30pm / 2pm to 11pm (Rotate between Monday - Sunday)
- Kaki Bukit
- UP $3000 Basic + OT + Completion Bonus
- 1Y Contract - Renewable
Responsibilities:
- Attend to incoming calls from internal and external customers, update all ticket status in excel and log all and close tickets in SAP
- Manage follow up cases and liaise with Engineer on assignment of technician for mantrap
- Analyze ticket in SAP and decide whether to dispatch technician or cancel ticket
- Update technician roster and generate stop-lift reports (rotate among the team)
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec in Business Administration or equivalent
- No experience is welcome, training will be provided
- Comfortable with working any 6 days between Monday to Sunday
- Singaporeans only
