Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance enterprise data governance frameworks (policies, standards, procedures)
Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and security requirements
Drive adoption across stakeholders and business units
Implement data governance, protection, and quality tools with IT and cybersecurity teams
Lead adoption of AI and automation for data management (e.g. data discovery, classification, metadata)
Evaluate emerging technologies to strengthen digital governance
Support enterprise data architecture development and alignment
Advise stakeholders on system design and data standards
Maintain data catalogues, dictionaries, and lineage for consistency and governance
Support integration of policies across data, cybersecurity, IT, and AI domains

Key Requirements

~5+ years in data management, governance, or architecture
Experience implementing enterprise data governance frameworks
Strong stakeholder management and business-to-technical translation skills
Solid understanding of modern data technologies (e.g. data catalogues, metadata, DLP, AI automation)
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and attention to detail
