Manager, Asset Management

Our client is a leading industrial REIT listed on SGX with a portfolio of more than 20 properties in Singapore and a market capitalization of more than S$1 billion. They are seeking a dynamic individual to join them as the Asset Manager of the Asset Management team.
How will you value-add?
This position will join the Asset Management department to formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of our assets.
The Role:
- Tenant management and management of rental and occupancy for the assets
- Prepare and manage annual budgets
- Formulate asset plans and prepare reports on financial performance of assets
- Monitor operational and financial performance of assets
- Lease management, negotiations and documentation
- Conduct feasibility analysis and manage asset enhancement initiatives
- Other duties as may be required
Preferred Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Finance /Estate Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry
- A team player with good interpersonal, communication and written skills.
- Familiar with Singapore industrial market
