Drafter (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation)
- Salary: Up to S$4,000 basic + bonus

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Drafter to support the preparation and coordination of Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) drawings for construction projects. The role involves producing accurate technical drawings, resolving design clashes, and supporting project teams to ensure seamless design execution in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed drawings, as-built drawings, plans, and layout drawings using AutoCAD
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all drawings for submission
- Revise and update drawings based on engineer instructions, site conditions, and project feedback
- Identify and resolve coordination clashes involving ducts, pipes, structural elements, ceilings, and other building services
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to meet design requirements and resolve technical queries
- Maintain proper organisation of project documentation and drawing files
- Conduct site visits when required to verify installation and site conditions
- Perform ad-hoc drafting tasks assigned by the project management team
- Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant ACMV / HVAC drafting experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (must-have)
- Experience in 3D modelling using Revit and clash detection using Navisworks
- Strong knowledge of ACMV systems (AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, Chilled Water Systems)
- Familiar with Singapore construction standards (SS, CP, BCA requirements)
- Able to read and interpret M&E construction drawings
