Location (Nearest MRT): Depot Road
Salary: Up to $3,000 Basic Salary (Depending on Highest Qualification & Relevant Experience)
Duration of Work: 3 or 6 Months Contract (Can Choose!)

Work Day & Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm

Responsibilities:

Responsible for installing and providing daily operational support for the facility management of client platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and service level agreements.
Troubleshoot issues related to client platforms, identifying root causes and resolving problems effectively.
Respond promptly to incidents by investigating and delivering temporary or permanent solutions, while keeping relevant stakeholders updated on progress.
Handle service requests related to client platforms in a timely manner.
Monitor service levels, maintain accurate system configurations and documentation, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good Learning Attitude
Able to commit full contract term (3 months or 6 months)
