Hr executive / manager - Tampines

We are looking for a HR Executive / Manager to join our team! If you are an experienced HR professional who is people-oriented, resourceful, and highly self-motivated, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and other relevant regulations.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee benefits, leave administration, and performance appraisals.
Handle employee grievances and provide HR advisory support to management and staff.
Plan and execute staff training, development programs, and engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate and manage work pass applications and renewals.
Work closely with department heads to support workforce planning and talent retention.
Stay updated on HR trends, government grants, and initiatives for business improvement.
Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in HR roles.Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and HR regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a people-centric approach.
Resourceful, highly self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
