We are seeking Staff Nurse/ Senior Staff Nurses for specialty areas, including:
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Operating Theatre
- Day Ward
- Medical-Surgical Units
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe and competent nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and hospital policies.
- Perform patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation of vital signs and clinical progress.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with medical procedures, wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical interventions.
- Support pre-operative, intra-operative (scrub/circulating), and post-operative care where applicable.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment such as cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and ventilators (ICU/critical care settings).
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure proper handover during shift changes.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Prior experience working in tertiary hospitals.
- Must be comfortable to perform shifts/ on call/ standby duties when required.
