Position Summary / Project Description
To support the daily Operation activities in SOC Engineering. This role requires personal to perform daily healthchecks, asset verification and administration of some engineering activities for SOC Management
Role and Responsibilities- Help to do daily healthcheck on the SIEM platform.
- Perform Asset verification tasks
- Assist request raising for firewall/patches/service Request/Change requests
- Help administer mailbox on operation requests
- Help on-board off board assets from SIEM platform.
- Help basic troubleshoot for on-boarding issue.
- Have 1-5 years technical experience on working with Windows/Linux platform.
- Good with microsoft excel
- analytical problem-solving, documentation, coomunication skills and able to work Under Pressure
