Role Summary
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing to placement — while working with autonomy and purpose. You’ll enjoy team support, shared resources (like job ad credits), and opportunities to collaborate, all within a culture that values integrity, camaraderie, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment: client intake, sourcing, screening, closing
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
- Collaborate with fellow recruiters when needed — we’re stronger together
- Ensure timely updates and data hygiene in our ATS
- Uphold our standards of professionalism, ethics, and transparency
- Occasionally support recruitment marketing initiatives or special projects
- 2–3+ years of 360 recruitment experience
- CEI Certification (Singapore) is mandatory
- Proven sourcing and closing abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently while being a team player
- Familiar with remote tools and applicant tracking systems
Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA)
