Are you an Accounts Payable professional with solid experience in full-cycle AP within a multinational environment? We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving, complex organizations and can confidently manage end-to-end AP processes across multiple entities and currencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Accounts Payable
• Manage end-to-end AP process: invoice validation, coding, approvals, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax codes, and audit policies.
• Process high-volume transactions across different currencies and entities.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments.
• Resolve invoice/payment discrepancies professionally and promptly.
• Handle new vendor onboarding and updates to the vendor master list.
• Bank Transactions & Reconciliations
• Perform daily banking uploads and payment runs.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure proper ledger postings.
• Month-End & Reporting
• Support month-end close including AP accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist with statutory and internal audits.
• Expense & Compliance Oversight
• Review staff claims using Concur or other systems.
• Ensure expense submissions are compliant with company policy.
