A Research and Development (R&D) Executive plays a key role in driving innovation and developing new products or processes.

To conduct research, analyze data, and develop solutions to improve existing products and services, or create new ones, ensuring they meet functional (Town Council) needs and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities often include identifying market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring product development aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Research and Analysis:

Identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product development.

Develop New Products and services:

Conceptualizing, designing, and developing new products or processes from initial ideas to commercialization.

Improve Existing Products and services:

Conducting research and testing to enhance existing products, improve their performance, and address any issues.

Collaboration:

Working closely with various teams, including estate department, contract department, and term contractors and Vendors, to ensure development and implementation.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensuring that all products and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Innovation:

Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in their field and using this knowledge to drive innovation.

Implementation:

Executing with development plans in forms of training, guidance, SOP, and formulating and oversight of projects in related implementations and Improving means.
