About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Interior Design Sales Consultant to handle renovation enquiries and convert them into successful projects.

This role focuses on understanding homeowners’ renovation needs, proposing design solutions, and closing renovation contracts.

You will be working with a team that provides design support, technical drawings, and project execution, allowing you to focus on client consultation and closing deals.

• Meet homeowners to understand their renovation requirements
• Provide professional advice on layout, design concepts, and renovation scope
• Guide clients through the renovation process

• Prepare renovation quotations and design proposals
• Present renovation solutions that match the client’s needs and budget
• Follow up with clients to address questions and revisions

• Build trust and relationships with potential clients
• Convert enquiries into confirmed renovation projects
• Maintain good communication throughout the sales process

• Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the project management team
• Continue to maintain positive relationships with clients

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in interior design or renovation sales
• Good understanding of residential renovation work
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects

• Experience in HDB and condominium renovation projects
• Familiar with quotation preparation and renovation scope
• Ability to visualize and explain design concepts to clients

• Leads provided (no cold calling required)
