Job Summary

The Manager, Loyalty Application is responsible for the overall performance, user experience, and content strategy of Resorts World Sentosa’s (RWS) non-gaming loyalty mobile application features, ensuring it functions as the primary touchpoint for customer engagement.

This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure app reliability, enhance user engagement, drive transactions, and support the rollout of new features that elevate the member digital journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage app features, UI/UX updates in collaboration with Technology teams.
  • Oversee the performance, app analytics, uptime, and technical reliability of the loyalty mobile application features.
  • Continuously improve app usability, functionality, and user experience to ensure member satisfaction and app retention.
  • Develop and manage content plans and digital engagement strategies within the app environment.
  • Drive overall app engagement, including repeat usage, navigation flows, and interaction with loyalty features.
  • Identify opportunities to grow app-based transactions and enhance integration across loyalty initiatives and broader resort-wide objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Technology teams to support the rollout of new app features and updates.
  • Coordinate release planning, testing, and time-to-market execution for app enhancements.
  • Monitor app store feedback and ratings to identify areas for improvement and member feedback resolution.
  • Partner with digital, marketing, and analytics teams to align app strategies with loyalty program goals.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6–7 years of experience in mobile application management, digital product ownership, or loyalty program platforms.
  • Experience working with tech teams on product development, feature testing, and release management.
  • Strong understanding of app engagement strategies, UX/UI best practices, and digital content planning.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using mobile analytics tools to track user behavior and drive performance improvements.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment involving marketing, technology, and customer engagement.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or membership-driven businesses is an advantage
