Job Description
- Manage contract administration and compliance for projects
- Review and advise on contract terms, risks, and obligations
- Oversee claims, disputes, and variations
- Develop and implement contract management processes
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 5-8 years of experience in contract management or QS
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and law
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong track record in contract management adopting PSSCOC, REDAS and SIA Form of Contract
- Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing project, Institutional projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and contract management skills
- Candidates with Professional QS certification will be an advantage
