Warehouse Assistant - Bukit Batok

Job Description & Requirements

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for warehouse inventory and facilitating the movement and documentation of incoming and outgoing cargo, in adherence to compliance standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate movement of warehouse cargo and items, transloading and transshipment operations and the necessary security procedures
• Perform stock control and housekeeping operations of warehouse cargo and items
• Facilitate compliance of special handling requirement in stacking, moving and arranging of items on pallets according to storage plan
• Execute operations according to different warehouse situation and contingencies and track cargo-handling schedules to ensure timelines are compiled with
• Review warehousing quality issues in a timely manner and execute measures to address operational shortfall, maintenance or repair needs
• Handle all cargo in adherence with SOP

• Possess a positive attitude and willing to be a team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
