We are seeking a Group Marketing Director to lead marketing at the Group level—powering commercial performance while strengthening GCL’s corporate brand and external reputation as a listed company.
Key Responsibilities
Group Marketing Strategy & Governance- Own and drive Group-wide marketing strategy aligned with growth and value creation
- Establish marketing governance, planning cadence, and performance accountability across subsidiaries
- Build scalable digital marketing engines across paid media, SEO/SEM, influencers, CRM, and lifecycle marketing
- Drive performance metrics including CAC, CPA, ROAS, and funnel optimisation
- Manage agencies and ROI reporting
- Lead GCL’s corporate brand positioning and brand alignment across subsidiaries
- Oversee PR, corporate communications, and external market visibility
- Support corporate narrative and investor-facing messaging as a listed company
- Own GTM strategy for major game and IP launches across regions
- Drive structured campaign planning, localisation, and cross-functional execution
- Ensure post-launch performance tracking and optimisation
- Lead co-marketing strategy with publishers, platforms, retailers, and distribution partners
- Partner with Sales and Publishing teams to drive demand generation and revenue impact
- Govern Group marketing budgets with clear ROI expectations
- Provide senior leadership with performance dashboards and investment insights
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Master’s preferred).
- 12–15+ years of senior marketing leadership in gaming, entertainment, or consumer tech.
- Proven track record in scaling digital marketing with measurable business impact.
- Strong leadership in multi‑market operations and agency ecosystems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Deep understanding of gamer mindset, communities, and market dynamics.
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required due to regional stakeholder engagement
