Product

• Source for new products by visiting exhibition.
• Reviewing and documenting feedback on incoming samples with factories to ensure they comply with Singapore’s testing requirements and are easy for installation and after-service.
• Reviewing and editing factory manuals to align with local standards.

• Create packaging designs, shipping labels, nameplates, and product labels for factory use
• Ensure the WELS labels and Energy labels are packed with user manual.

• Handle all WELS, Safety, Energy Label, Water Trust and HDB submissions
• Collaborate with factory and local testing laboratory to obtain product approval.
• After obtaining the necessary approvals, we will proceed with the certification submission.
• Keep track of product renewal schedules and ensure timely updates.

• Conduct a final production inspection at the factory before shipment

• Facilitate communication between factories and our team to drive product quality and innovation.

Marketing

• Creating promotional materials involves designing and developing various marketing assets to promote a product, service, or brand. These materials aim to capture attention, generate interest, and drive sales.
• Create sales collateral for sales teams to support their sales efforts and persuade potential customers to buy a product or service.
• Creating marketing collateral involves developing various marketing materials to support a brand's marketing efforts. These materials help communicate the brand's message, showcase products or services, and engage target audiences.
• Create design for Out-of-home advertising like bus and in-train ads.

• Merchandising involves promoting and showcasing products in a way that appeals to customers and drives sales. Involving product display, visual merchandising, product promotion and signage.
• Do visual merchandising design involving measuring the space, and designing the display with brand identity.

• Creating written content, such as text, headlines, and descriptions.
• Developing images, videos, graphics, and other visual elements.
• Planning and organizing content to achieve specific goals and engage target audiences.
• Keep track on SEO
• Update the website with new products and portfolios.

• Collaborate with agencies on social media platforms to promote a product, service, or brand.

• Site visit: Traveling to the project site to capture video footage.
• Video capture: Recording video footage of the project, including progress, features, or specific aspects.
• Video editing: Assembling and refining the footage into a cohesive video.
• Uploading: Publishing the video on a website, social media, or other online platforms.

• Booth design and Coordination in exhibitions locally and overseas to find new business opportunity.

• Provide support to Gary on sales orders and enquiry from CE Sales Staff

• Provide support to the e-commerce team, sales team and service team when it comes to missing parts, re-work and product information

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in similar field
• Possess at least degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Short notice period is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft and marketing related software.
• Good teamwork skills
• Communication skills and networking ability
