As an Interior Designer cum Drafter, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Collaborate with clients and design teams to create innovative interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces.
• Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and construction details, using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software
• Develop high-quality renderings and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients
• Assist in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with design concepts and client preferences
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and project timelines are met.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess conditions, and ensure design feasibility.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
