We are looking for candidates who meet the criteria:
Educational Background: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTec /Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree level in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience: Must have min 1-3 years’ experience in IT Support
Good to have IT helpdesk /IT support experience
Technical Skills:- L1 or L2 in IT Support
- Understanding of computer hardware and networking systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (emails, Excel)
Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Good time management and organizational skills
General skills - Candidate to demonstrate a positive attitude, good customer service skills, resourceful, responsive, and pro-active. Pleasant personality.
Provide hands on support of desktop / laptop / mobile devices in coordination with Service Desk Team
Work with Centre of Excellence responsible for developing the framework, processes, tools and templates used by Deskside Support teamDrives continuous improvement by leading a transformation team mandated to review support processes, methodologies and tooling
Providing feedback to System Enhancement teams to gather business platform requirements and determine/recommend required changes to offered IT Services including influencing other GTI teams to deliver on interrelated upgrades and solutions
Responsible for developing new operating models for deskside support services for delivery to customer.
Responsible for continuous improvement of End User Services experience through participating in periodic technology platform reviews and customer service.
Leads the selection and implementation of suitable technologies to support business objectives.
Handling Walk Up Support for customer for Technical Support Issue.
