Clinic Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
As a Clinic Admin Assistant at SOZO Clinic, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, facilitate excellent patient experiences, and support the healthcare team efficiently.
Job Title: Full-Time Clinic Admin AssistantLocation: Near Novena MRT
Salary: $2,800 to $3,000 monthly
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (5-day week)
Weekend: 1 Saturday per month on rotation
Uniform: Provided
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
- Plan and coordinate travel schedules for clinical staff
- Prepare medical reports and email them to respective hospitals
- Liaise with various stakeholders regarding patient appointments
- Oversee clinic operations during clinic sessions
- Maintain clinic inventory and supplies
- Rotate with other admin staff to handle after-office hours calls (once every 3 weeks)
- Mandatory rotation on public holidays (with overtime-in-lieu provided)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' / 'N' / 'A' Level or Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
- Experience in General Practitioner (GP) or specialist clinic is an advantage
- Basic computer proficiency
- Able to work on public holidays as part of rotation (off-in-lieu will be given)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Service-oriented, proactive, and reliable
