Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM Singapore is mandatory

Responsibilities

Implement, maintain, and continuously improve HSE management systems, policies, and procedures
Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, including MOM, SCDF, NEA, and LTA regulations
Perform duties as a registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) in accordance with MOM requirements
Lead and conduct investigations for incidents, near-misses, and occupational illnesses, including preparation of investigation reports and corrective actions
Conduct workplace audits, inspections, risk assessments, and ensure timely statutory submissions
Manage contractor safety programs, medical surveillance activities, and industrial hygiene monitoring initiatives
Support fire safety management, environmental compliance, and facilities-related HSE activities
Coordinate safety training programs, employee inductions, emergency drills, and safety awareness campaigns
Monitor and analyse HSE performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management and Group HSE
Liaise with internal stakeholders, external authorities, and auditors on all HSE-related matters
Promote a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related discipline
Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM Singapore is mandatory
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, or multi-site environments
At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) legislation and regulatory requirements
Familiar with risk management, incident investigation, environmental compliance, and contractor management practices
