Human Resources Executive/ Senior Executive

An integral member of the HR team, this role will function as a HR business partner, primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, while supporting internal stakeholders across departments on workforce planning, employee engagement and HR advisory matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, manpower planning and role requirements.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding coordination.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Handle work pass administration.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle experience, including new hire integration, exit management, documentation, exit interviews and clearance procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, processes and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and activities to strengthen the company’s talent attraction efforts.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration/ Management.
  • Strong knowledge in Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Resourceful, outspoken, people-centric, proactive and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
