Sales Service Coordinator (Marine / SAP / Customer Support)
- Location : Bulim Dr- Few bus stops from Boon Lay Interchange
- Working hours : 5 days/ (Monday- Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm)
- Salary(commensurate depending on experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Marine Navigation system -MNC
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond and handle customer service requests and enquiries through email, SAP and Salesforce.
- Coordinate and schedule service/ delivery order with customer, shipping agent and internal staff.
- Monitor the services request status and maintain updates on any services ongoing request.
- Handles commercial quotations, invoices and payment status with customers.
- Oversee and involvement in service and spare parts sales.
- Maintain proper filing of documentation
- Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that require improvements.
- Manage the service hotline for any after-office hours service requests and technical enquiries.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce will be an added advantage
- Experience in service coordination for Marine industry will be an added advantage.
