Risk Reporting Analyst [TPRM | Bank]

• 3months contract at MBFC

Support the Third Party Risk Management team in the ongoing development and implementation of the Bank's Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) programme. You will support the business and operational units in ensuring third party risks are identified, assessed, and managed in line with established frameworks, while operating under the guidance and supervision of permanent staff.

1. Support the project management of the Group-wide TPRM programme.
2. Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to help align the programme with business objectives and assist in the delivery of programme requirements.
3. Assist in preparing and providing regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of programme implementation.
4. Support the monitoring and reporting of third party risks to risk committees, preparing draft reports and summaries as required.
5. Assist in implementing system enhancements to support TPRM requirements

This contract support role is designed to provide hands-on experience in Third Party Risk Management and operational risk oversight, supporting the Risk Management Group's objectives and ensuring effective risk controls across the Bank's operations.

• Min. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and adapt to change
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to both works collaboratively and independently; ability to navigate a complex organization
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Project management skills.
