Technical Support Engineer (Automation)

• Office Location: Bukit Batok Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $4500 + Allowance + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

• Manage and provide technical support for the full range of automation products distributed by the company.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support, analyzing customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, documentation, and solution recommendations aligned with customer requirements.
• Respond to customer queries and technical issues via email, phone, or onsite visits to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct product training sessions and live demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and applications.
• Collaborate with the sales team and technology partners to strengthen customer relationships and drive continuous improvement.

• Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Industrial/ Mechatronics or related Engineering field.
• No experience is welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
