We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Technical Officer to lead maintenance operations and ensure the reliability of critical electrical systems in a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in daily facilities management operations, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with standards.
- Oversee and perform electrical maintenance works, including preventive and corrective tasks.
- Troubleshoot and analyze electrical faults and breakdowns, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Prepare, review, and maintain technical reports and documentation.
- Monitor and coordinate ad-hoc facilities projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
- Support other operational tasks as assigned to meet service excellence.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Good documentation practices and attention to detail.
- Safety-conscious with a strong understanding of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
