About the Role
We are looking for motivated individuals with admin or customer service experience who are eager to step into a sales-driven career in education and training.
No prior telesales experience is required — just strong communication skills, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Full training will be provided.
What You’ll Do- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective businesses and help them enrol in our business-transforming tech courses
- Understand students’ needs and recommend the most suitable course pathway
- Follow up with warm leads via CRM, calls, and WhatsApp
- Achieve daily talk-time and monthly sales targets
- Work closely with your Telesales Manager and team to hit team goals and compete for top performance bonuses
- Receive hands-on coaching and scripts to help you close better, faster
- Prior telesales or inside sales experience preferred — but coachable fresh candidates welcome
- Excellent communication skills and confidence over the phone
