E-commerce Operations Assistant (Warehouse & Inventory)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to support our e-commerce warehouse and operations workflow.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and print shipping documents for daily orders
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment accurately
• Receive incoming stock and perform basic inventory organization
• Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies when required
• Coordinate with the customer service team regarding order status
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment

• Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline
• Basic proficiency in computer usage (Windows environment)
• Able to use simple tools such as Google Sheets or equivalent
• Able to read and understand basic English instructions
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations support is an advantage

• Willingness to learn and take on broader operational responsibilities
• Ability to handle routine and repetitive tasks with consistency
• Good coordination and communication skills
