COMO Metropolitan Singapore’s 156 rooms and suites are spread over 11 floors with a rooftop pool bar that is exclusively for hotel guests. Job Summary
As a Hotel Operations (Part Time) Attendant , you will gain hands-on exposure across multiple hotel departments including Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. It is designed to provide a holistic understanding of luxury hospitality operations, offering you the opportunity to develop practical skills in guest service, operational support, and inter-departmental collaboration in line with COMO Hotels and Resorts standards and Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) guidelines.
For those who prefer to focus on one department, we also offer specialized part time role (e.g., Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage). Please indicate your area of interest when applying.
Front Office & Guest Services (Concierge)- Welcome guests professionally, ensuring a warm and confident first impression.
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes, key issuance, and guest inquiries.
- Support concierge services, including luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations.
- Attend to guest requests, resolve complaints professionally, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Conduct pre-arrival room inspections and ensure correct amenities are in place.
- Greet and serve guests at Level 6 lounge, Sky Bar, in-room dining, and events.
- Support event operations: setup, service, and breakdown.
- Participate in menu and beverage training to provide accurate recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness, compliance, and service excellence across all F&B outlets.
- Clean and service guest rooms according to luxury standards.
- Replenish amenities, linens, and section pantries.
- Report maintenance issues, lost & found, or damages promptly.
- Ensure housekeeping safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently met.
- Strong interest in hotel operations with flexibility to work across departments.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically able to support operational duties (standing, lifting, carrying, cleaning).
- Support and contribute to COMO’s sustainability goals by implementing environmentally responsible practices within your roles and departments.
