Japanese Speaking Admin & Accounting Manager (ID: 673215) - Bukit Batok

Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for an Admin & Accounting Manager (Japanese Speaking).

Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with relevant standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external Japanese Speaking stakeholders (e.g., auditors, Japan HQ).
• Support the integration of financial operations following the recent acquisition.
• Assist with general administrative and back-office duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a cross-border or group company setting
• Proficiency in Japanese in order to coordinate with Japanese Speaking counterparts in Japan HQ
• Familiarity with financial reporting and closing procedures
