Senior Marketing Executive/Assistant Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a well-rounded marketing professional to join our team. This role spans across content creation, strategy, influencer/KOL partnerships, and performance tracking, and is designed for someone who is comfortable contributing across different areas of marketing.

You will work closely with a collaborative in-house team — including content creators and editors — to bring ideas to life. While responsibilities are shared, you will be expected to take ownership of projects, contribute proactively, and play a key role in driving execution and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to plan, film, and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Be actively involved in shoots, including filming, directing, and coordinating with on-screen talents
• Take on the editing role and also work alongside other editors to ensure content is delivered efficiently and aligned with creative direction
• Contribute to repurposing content across platforms

• Contribute ideas and directions for content based on brand goals and platform trends
• Work with the marketing team to develop content angles, hooks, and series formats
• Translate treatments and concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content
• Support in refining messaging together with the team

• Support the identification and outreach of relevant KOLs and influencers
• Work alongside the team to plan and execute collaborations
• Assist in briefing, coordination, and follow-ups for campaigns
• Contribute ideas to maximise both content output and campaign effectiveness

• Track content and campaign performance across platforms
• Work with the team to analyse what’s performing and identify improvement opportunities
• Provide insights on content formats, messaging, and audience response
• Support optimisation efforts across organic and paid campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

• Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only to apply.
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience, with previous experience in aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare viewed favorably though not essential.
• Passion in beauty and aesthetics.
• Comfortable working across multiple areas of marketing, from execution to planning.
• Hands-on and proactive, with a willingness to be involved in content shoots and day-to-day execution.
• Strong interest and skills in content creation, especially short-form video and social media trends.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
• Able to contribute ideas and think creatively, while also executing efficiently.
• Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Experience in influencer/KOL outreach, negotiations, and relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize content performance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised, systematic, and detail-oriented, with ability to work with deadlines and multiple projects.
• Open to learning, adaptable, and growth-oriented.
• Familiarity with MOH advertising regulations for medical aesthetics in Singapore is a plus.
