Full-Time Coding and Robotics Instructor

As a Robotics Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective robotics curricula, managing and maintaining the robotics lab, and fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver robotics and coding curricula to students of various ages and skill levels
• Teach students how to use robotics equipment and programming software
• Manage and maintain the robotics lab, including equipment and supplies
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback and support to students and parents
• Organize and lead robotics competitions and events

-Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in robotics technology and education

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience in teaching and managing children in a classroom setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, Scratch, and Java
• Familiarity with robotics equipment and software, such as Arduino, LEGO SPIKE Essential and Prime, and VEX Robotics preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging and effective curricula
• Ability to adapt to changing technology and education trends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
