Job Description
We are looking for a degree-qualified Operations Executive / Operations Engineer to support and execute day-to-day operations, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth company workflow and execution.
This role suits someone who is organised, hands-on, and execution-focused, and comfortable coordinating across both engineering and business functions in a small team environment.
Responsibilities- Support the Operations Manager in daily operational execution
- Coordinate workflow across engineering, production, procurement, and logistics
- Assist in production planning, job tracking, and schedule coordination
- Support procurement and supplier follow-up
- Maintain basic operational documentation and reports
- Identify and support improvements to operational workflow and efficiency
- Support NPI and project execution activities
- Degree holder in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field
- Experience or strong interest in operations, manufacturing, or project coordination
- Able to work with both technical and non-technical teams
- Good organisational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a small, hands-on environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
